Results of the AGGM customer satisfaction survey 2024
In June and July 2024, AGGM conducted a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey to better understand the perception of our services and our company orientation from the perspective of our customers. The survey, with over 160 participants, provides valuable insights into our strengths and potential areas for improvement. Many thanks to all participants for their input and the positive feedback!
High customer satisfaction and image improvements
The pleasing overall satisfaction of our stakeholders with AGGM is reflected in the overall score of 1.6 (in the school grading system) and has risen slightly compared to previous surveys. AGGM's expertise, quality of cooperation and service-orientation are rated particularly positively.
Our customers increasingly perceive us as a modern and innovative company that is not only a leader in traditional energy supply, but also in new, forward-looking technologies. That makes us very happy!
We recorded the highest increases in the attributes ‘innovative’ and ‘modern’, whereby our customers continue to see us as serious, competent and customer-orientated - characteristics that form the basis of our corporate philosophy.
We would of course like to take this opportunity to thank the employees of AGGM, whose daily work forms the basis for so much positive feedback.

Future-orientated topics and requirements
Hydrogen and innovation management: We would particularly like to emphasise the positive feedback from the survey regarding AGGM's proactive approach to the development of the hydrogen infrastructure with the H2-roadmap and the integration of biomethane and synthetic methane into the energy system (e.g. inGRID), with expectations even being formulated to increase these efforts further!
Just for the sake of completeness, we are of course also taking on board the critical feedback and will endeavour to become even better!
